- First, add the DIGITAL DESIGN you wish to purchase commercially to your cart.
- Then, add this commercial license to your cart. This is good for ONE (1) digital store design (single)
- If you want to buy several sets of my designs, send me a message with the quantity and names, to quote a better price.
- No item will be sent or emailed to you to obtain the License(s). Your receipt through the store serves as a means of acceptance of the License(s).

COMMERCIAL USES INCLUDE:
Items for sale with edited or unedited designs (including physical products and/or flattened digital download products, such as invitations, cards, wall art, etc.).
Banners for websites, social networks and blogs (again, commercial license required)
When creating your products with Beat Paper, you must create it in a way that is noticeably different from a stand-alone clipart. You must combine, colorize or alter size to make it your own unique design. We regularly check to make sure that products made with Beat Paper clipart comply with our terms.

NOT ALLOWED with Commercial License:
Since this is for SMALL USE ONLY, 1000 uses will most likely be sufficient. I do not offer unlimited usage on the Designs. Strictly small usage (Etsy, Amazon HANDMADE, small website and social media). However, you can always write me to discuss the project.
Sublicense, resell, transfer, share or redistribute the item - as a stock or in any other way that allows the extraction of the files - under any circumstances;
Share any of the artwork purchased from BeatPaperDesigns for free, under any circumstances;
Display the purchased item as a separate file without imposing technical restrictions to prevent unauthorized use of the item by third parties;
Claim to be the author of the illustrations;
Register the article or end product incorporating the article as a trademark.
Resale of illustrations as your own clipart (which includes using some of my illustrations with other illustrations), stock images, etc.
Do NOT use these illustrations to sell products created on sites such as (but not limited to): Spoonflower, Wayfair and other large retail companies. Do not use these illustrations on flash sale companies such as (among others) zulily, One King's Lane, etc. Do not sell these images to online stores for use. This is strictly for use by small commercial websites, Etsy and Amazon Handmade.
This license does NOT include taking images and turning them into stencils, cross stitch, cut files, cookie cutters, etc. If you wish to do something like this, please contact me for a different license. These "kits" or "patterns" can only be sold on a small scale, such as Etsy, Amazon Handmade, personal website. This is strictly for SMALL commercial use.
DO NOT claim the artwork as your own.
By purchasing this commercial license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design on your products. Beat Paper Designs (Beatriz Bovio) retains all copyright and intellectual property rights.
IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT SOMETHING IN MY STORE AND DECIDED TO USE IT COMMERCIALLY, PURCHASE THIS LICENSE WITHOUT CREDIT AND WRITE IN THE COMMENTS BOX THE PRODUCT YOU BOUGHT.
